When you visit the website, you may need to provide us with personal data, such as your first name and surname, contact information, etc., depending on your use of the website and the reason why you decide to communicate with us via the contact form.

When you contact us regarding a query e.g., on a technical or sales issue, we will collect your identity and contact information along with details on your query, as necessary, in order for us to be able to examine your query and respond to it or take action accordingly;
• Responding to complaints you make using the contact form: When you contact us in order to make a complaint, we will collect your identity and contact information along with details on your complaint, as necessary, in order for us to be able to examine your complaint and respond to it or take action accordingly.

2. Legal basis for processing
Processing for the needs of each of the above-mentioned purposes is based on the following legal provisions:
• Legitimate interests
Processing of your personal data for the needs of managing your queries and responding to complaints is based on our legitimate interest to offer customer support and improve our products and services.
• Employment
Processing of your personal data for the needs of evaluation of your CV and relevant information that you share with TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas S.A. is based on the need to determine whether an employment contract will be entered into (further details are included in the separate privacy policy which applies for applicants for positions at TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas S.A. which is available here).
• Consent
Processing of your personal data in order to receive our newsletter and generally direct marketing is based on your prior consent; use of certain trackers (cookies) is also based on your prior consent (e.g., targeting/ advertising cookies) – for details on the use of trackers (e.g., cookies) on the website, please refer to section 7 below.
3. Retention period
Your personal data will be retained for as long as this is required for the needs of the above-mentioned purposes and generally for as long as this is permitted or required by law.

• Queries: Your personal data will be retained for as long as needed in order for us to examine, reply to and handle your query and for an additional period of 6 months in order for us to be able to efficiently handle possible further/ follow up communications.
• Complaints: Your personal data will be retained for as long as needed in order to examine and resolve your complaint. In case of legal dispute and/or claims, your personal data will be stored until final resolution.

• Marketing: Your personal data will be stored for as long as marketing communication (including newsletters) is being provided. 4. Recipients of data
For the needs of the above-mentioned purposes, your personal data will be shared with and processed by third-party providers of IT services (offering data hosting services and email communication services).

7.2.2. How do you delete cookies, receive notification of their storage or change your browser settings?
• How do you delete cookies already stored on your computer?
- On your workstation:
- On the C:\ drive select the Windows folder;
- Open the “Temporary Internet Files” folder;
- Select all files (CTRL A);
- Choose the “delete” option.
• How do you change browser settings to reject or be informed of the storage of cookies?
- In the Internet Explorer 5 (Microsoft) browser: Select “Tools”, and then “Internet Options”. Click on the “Security” tab, then “Custom level” and scroll down to the “cookies” section. 8. Your rights
