How to safely dispose of oil

Save your used motor oil in a clean, leakproof container such as a plastic jug or bottle. You should confirm that the cap is tightly sealed and store in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight, children and pets. Used motor oil cannot be recycled if it gets mixed with other liquids such as antifreeze or brake fluid.
