Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas SA.
2. Platform
The giveaway takes place exclusively on Instagram via the official TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas account.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, and Instagram is fully released from any responsibility.
3. Participation Period
The giveaway runs from 28th of November 2025 12:00 to 12th of December 12:00 (EET).
4. How to Participate
To enter, participants must follow TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas Instagram account, like the giveaway post, and leave a comment tagging 2 of their friends without having any limit in the number of comments.
The number of comments equals the number of participations.
Comments must be appropriate and must not contain offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or content, as determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates this rule and remove any such comments
5. Eligibility
Open to all individuals aged 18 and over with a valid Instagram account.
Employees of TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas, the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees or persons involved in organizing the giveaway are not eligible.
6. Selection and Prizes
One (1) winner will be selected at random and will receive one (1) Apple I-phone 17 256GB.
Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Notification of Winners
Winner will be announced through comment on the post and contacted via Instagram private message by 12.12.2025 at 13:00. If a winner does not respond by 16.12.2025 at 12:00, another winner may be selected.
The prize will be sent by courier to the postal address indicated by the winner.
8. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide (such as your name or address) is handled in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Greek Data Protection Law (4624/2019).
The data controller is the Marketing Department of TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas SA. Data will be used only for the purposes of administering this giveaway and deleted by 31.12.2025.

9. Liability
TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas SA accepts no responsibility for technical problems or postal delays. Participants bear all costs related to internet connection or participation.
10. Changes and Termination
TotalEnergies Marketing Hellas SA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and/or to modify or cancel this giveaway without prior notice.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
